CSVS 2026: BeFlared Expands Treatment Options in Canada

From October 1 to 3, 2026, the Canadian Society for Vascular Surgery (CSVS) Annual Meeting will bring together the Canadian (endo)vascular society in Banff, Alberta. As Canada's premier forum for vascular education, research, and collaboration, the meeting provides a unique opportunity to discuss the latest advances in vascular care and treatment strategies.

At this year's event, Bentley will spotlight BeFlared, which became earlier this year commercially available in Canada following Health Canada approval. This important milestone expands access to an innovative solution for physicians and supports the growing need for advanced endovascular Medical Devices for the treatment of complex aortic aneurysms across Canada.

Highlight will be a presentation by Dr. Joel Gagnon (Royal Columbian Hospital) on October 3 from 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. In his session, “BeFlared Revolution for FEVAR,” he will discuss the advantages of the world’s first dedicated stent designed specifically for FEVAR procedures and share his personal experience using the BeFlared.

CSVS is the most concentrated gathering of (endo)vascular experts in Canada, making it a key opportunity to engage with healthcare professionals and industry on the clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement factors shaping vascular care nationwide.
