Bentley 2024 fundraising campaign: EUR 83,000 donated for charitable causes

EUR 28,000 went to the Tübingen Children's Cancer Support Association. A good EUR 18,000 each were handed over to the Lebenshilfe Zollernalb foundation, the Youth Life Line from Tübingen and Malteser Neckar-Alb, the latter having been were added to the group of recipients at the suggestion of employees. Representing the four donation recipients, Anton Hofmann, Chairman of the Children’s Cancer Support Association, put it in a nutshell: "It is always impressive to see how committed Bentley's employees are to social issues. This constant support helps us all a great deal in our daily work supporting people who have to cope with disabilities, serious diseases or life crises."
"At Bentley, we are passionately committed to making people feel better - with our products that help to alleviate the consequences of serious and sometimes even life-threatening vascular diseases and with our annual fundraising campaign. It's great to see how this help is being received, especially here in the region," said Sebastian Büchert, CEO of Bentley, at the donation event. This took place in the company canteen in the new building at the Hechingen site, which was inaugurated in summer 2024 to make room for the medical technology company's strong growth.
Shortly beforehand, the Bentley CEO had reviewed the highlights of the past financial year at an employee meeting broadcasted live to all sites. "Together, we achieved a lot again in 2024 and have been successful," he said, praising the team. "We have received approval for three product innovations that endovascular surgeons are already describing as groundbreaking. And we have made good progress in opening up new markets. This is also reflected in the profit-sharing bonus for all employees. Our donation shows that, despite our success, we always keep an eye on those who need our support," says Büchert.
