(Senior) Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d)
Your mission
You will be responsible for our Microsoft 365 platform—including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive—worldwide, and will set standards for information architecture, permissions, governance, and secure operations.
You will design and develop digital solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, and will work with business units such as Production, R&D, and Quality Management to automate our processes.
You’ll shape Power Platform governance—from environment strategy and application lifecycle management (ALM) to policies.
You’ll develop innovative AI use cases with Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot, take them from prototype to production, and actively help shape our AI governance.
You’ll introduce new Microsoft 365 technologies into our organization, support rollouts, training, documentation, and adoption, and further develop our digital workplace roadmap within the regulated medical technology environment.
You’ll serve as the technical point of contact for business units and management, manage external partners, and provide technical guidance to our Digital Workplace Engineers—because sharing knowledge and improving together is simply part of who you are.
You’ll be responsible for M365 second-level support and serve as the point of contact for complex cases.
Your profile
You have a degree in computer science or business informatics, IT training, or can demonstrate comparable practical experience.
You have at least five years of experience in the Microsoft 365 environment and have worked independently with SharePoint Online and the Power Platform for several years.
You’re right at home with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, and you’re well-versed in environment management and ALM.
You have in-depth expertise in SharePoint Online and Teams, particularly in information architecture, permissions, and governance; you use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation.
You’re passionate about new technologies and AI. Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure services such as AI Services, Logic Apps, or Functions is a plus, as is knowledge of Purview or SPFx/TypeScript and certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or MS-102.
You provide expert advice, explain complex topics in an understandable way, and work in a structured and independent manner. You have very good German and good English skills (at least B2 level) and look forward to collaborating with your colleagues on-site.
