IT & Sales Controller (m/w/d)

You will oversee the financial management of our national and international IT projects and actively help shape the business management, processes, and reporting structures of our global IT function.

You will further develop KPIs, financial, and management reports for IT and Sales, prepare forecasts, budgets, and business analyses, and support global management and reporting processes.

You will act as a business partner for IT, Sales, and Project Management on business-related issues.

You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure meaningful financial reporting.

You will continuously optimize controlling, reporting, and planning processes and drive automation and digitization initiatives.

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification.

You have professional experience in controlling, ideally within project controlling, IT controlling, or sales controlling.

You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and business-oriented mindset.

You have a strong affinity for numbers and advanced skills in Excel as well as experience with BI and reporting tools.

You are confident communicating in both German and English and enjoy working in an international environment.

You take ownership of your work, demonstrate initiative, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You are willing to work on-site and become an integral part of our local team.
