
Internal Communication Specialist (m/f/d) in Corporate Communications
Your mission
Bringing internal communication to life – with a clear focus on the intranet and app
Continuously developing the core platform while coordinating the editorial team behind it
Designing formats that don’t just inform, but truly engage and inspire
Planning and delivering town halls, while supporting press events end-to-end
Actively driving company values externally by coordinating donation and sponsorship activities
Shaping campaigns as well as web and social media content, contributing fresh ideas
Supporting the evolution of the global website with a strong sense for trends and user needs
Monitoring communication impact, analyzing KPIs and driving continuous improvements
Collaborating closely with international stakeholders across HR, Marketing, IT and beyond
Your profile
A degree in communications, media, business, or a comparable qualification is part of your background
At least 4 years of experience in communications, either in-house or in an agency environment, set you apart
Strong writing and language skills come naturally to you – in both German and English
Managing projects is second nature, and you know how to collaborate successfully with agencies
A digital mindset defines you: platforms, tools and content processes are your playground – ideally with CMS experience (e.g. Staffbase, Storyblok)
A structured, self-driven approach to work and a strong commitment to quality are a given
Confidence in navigating different stakeholders, including in international settings, comes naturally to you
A strong instinct for audiences, relevant topics and the right tone at the right time is one of your strengths
Creativity is part of who you are – whether working with Adobe tools or Canva, you feel right at home
