IT (Senior) Application Manager (m/w/d)

You design and implement tailor‑made software solutions in a production environment, including direct integration with machines and equipment.

You develop software in the Microsoft environment, with a strong focus on C#.

You collaborate closely with internal departments, especially R&D and Production, to deliver practical and sustainable solutions.

You support validation activities and create the required documentation for developed applications and interfaces.

You actively contribute to the automation and digitalization of production processes.

You analyze errors, optimize existing interfaces, and continuously enhance our systems.

You hold a degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Automation Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

You have experience in software development, e.g. with C# or similar technologies.

You have experience with SQL databases, including installation and maintenance, querying, data modeling, and performance optimization.

You are familiar with machine communication and interfaces (e.g. OPC UA, REST, TCP/IP, APIs).

You have a solid understanding of production and manufacturing processes.

You work in a structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented way.

You enjoy working in a team while also being able to work independently.

You value on‑site work, close collaboration with colleagues, and hands‑on interaction with production at our Hechingen location.

You are fluent in German and English.
