Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

You will create and maintain the risk management file in accordance with ISO 14971 for our medical devices

You will manage the entire complaint process end-to-end—from coordination and root cause analysis to a sustainable solution

You will serve as the central point of contact for all matters related to product complaints and ensure that they are handled in a structured and timely manner

You effectively integrate risk management and complaint handling and ensure that insights are directly incorporated into our processes

You actively drive the continuous improvement of our processes and visibly contribute your ideas

You have completed vocational training in a medical technology company or hold a degree in medical engineering or a comparable technical field

Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of risk management and complaint handling

You are comfortable switching between German and English in your daily work

You stand out with your technical understanding as well as your strong communication and teamwork skills
