Your mission
You independently carry out error analyses as part of product complaint investigations
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes
You are the point of contact for topics related to risk management and complaint handling
Your profile
You have completed vocational training in a medical technology company or hold a degree in medical engineering or a comparable technical field
Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of risk management and complaint handling
You are comfortable switching between German and English in your daily work
You stand out with your technical understanding as well as your strong communication and teamwork skills
