Purchaser (m/f/d)

You will manage the planning and procurement of our products and services - ensuring that our essential products can be manufactured and delivered at all times

You will manage our suppliers worldwide and coordinate transportation and import for international orders

You will keep a close eye on deadlines, costs, and on-time delivery, and negotiate the best prices and terms

You solicit quotes and review invoices

You manage complaints and returns

You actively drive improvements in supplier performance—whether in terms of costs, quality, or on-time delivery

You support our team in procurement projects and in the ongoing development of our suppliers

You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship and/or a relevant degree program

You have at least two years of experience in operational procurement - and it’s even better if you have experience in the medical technology sector

You have excellent German and English skills—both spoken and written

You are probably familiar with MS Office and ERP systems - ideally, even with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central

You have a knack for negotiation and can assert yourself confidently

You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner, while remaining a true team player and able to handle pressure

You think entrepreneurially and tackle tasks with dedication and initiative
