Your mission

  • You support our HR team in the implementation of a new HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and collaborate closely with our implementation partners and IT

  • You coordinate alignments between HR, IT, and external partners to ensure a smooth implementation of the new system

  • You prepare HR data, maintain information in the system, and support system testing and quality assurance of our HR processes

  • You contribute your own ideas and gain hands-on insights into the implementation of a new HR system

Your profile

  • You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Human Resources, IT, or a comparable field of study

  • You are interested in digital HR processes and enjoy connecting people and technology

  • You work in a structured manner, enjoy communicating, and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders

  • You are interested in IT environments and ideally have initial experience with systems such as Microsoft, SAP, or Workday

  • You communicate confidently in German and English

  • You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively contribute
