Customer Service (m/f/d) French/ German/ English

You work as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of our essential products.

You work with us to implement our high standards of customer satisfaction.

You communicate with our dealers and customers worldwide.

You are responsible for the complete order processing (from quotation to invoicing) for your own country area, as well as selection shipments.

You organize and process national and international shipments.

You have completed commercial vocational training.

You have 2-3 years of experience in order processing or a similar position.

You speak German and French at native speaker level and can also communicate very well in English

You enjoy working in an international environment and have no problem switching between languages in your daily business.

You are proficient in the entire MS Office suite and are familiar with ERP systems, ideally Navision

You perform at your best under time pressure and always maintain an overview

You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
