Project Leader Health Economics & Market Access (m/f/d)

You take overall responsibility for Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) projects in the MedTech environment, with a primary focus on Germany and additional European responsibility

You develop and implement reimbursement and market access strategies for innovative medical devices

You build health economic models, budget impact analyses, and support clinical-economic studies as well as real-world evidence projects

You prepare reimbursement submissions and support interactions with relevant authorities and payers

You work closely with interdisciplinary teams across Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs and Sales

You hold a completed degree with a strong health-related focus and have more than 7 years of experience in MedTech Market Access or a comparable field

You have a strong understanding of European reimbursement and regulatory pathways for medical devices

You bring experience in health economic modelling and the analysis of complex data

You stand out through strong project management and communication skills

You work in a structured and analytical manner, communicate confidently in both German and English, and are willing to travel up to 50%
