HEMA Specialist / Junior Market Access Assistant (m/f/d)

You support the HEMA (Health Economics & Market Access) team in projects related to Market Access, reimbursement, and health economics

You research and prepare structured information on healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, clinical studies, and guidelines

You contribute to the creation of presentations, decision-support materials, and value arguments

You maintain and update databases, market analyses, and HEMA tools

You handle coordination and administrative tasks, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and prepare meetings

You have a completed degree with a focus on health or business (also suitable for recent graduates)

You have a basic understanding of Market Access, health economics, or healthcare systems

You work in a structured and reliable manner and are eager to learn

You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

You have excellent German and English skills

Your working style is team-oriented, you possess strong communication skills, and you approach internal stakeholders with a service-oriented mindset
