Tender Specialist (m/f/d)

You will support our sales department in managing, preparing, and submitting tenders

You will ensure that all local regulations are complied with and coordinate contributions from various departments

You will be responsible for ensuring that tender documents are complete and competitive

You take end-to-end responsibility for the tendering process – from analyzing documents and reviewing requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications to the timely, accurate, and compliant preparation and submission of tender documents while monitoring relevant portals.

You assist in the preparation of price quotations in accordance with guidelines and margin requirements

You track results, maintain relevant KPIs, and create reports for management

You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification, or alternatively you have relevant professional experience in tender or bid management, ideally in a sales environment.

Experience in preparing and reviewing tender documents, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry

You are well organized, maintain an overview, and can manage several tenders at the same time

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, you ensure documentation is precise and compliant

You enjoy working in a team and can coordinate contributions from different areas

Working with MS Office and document management systems is part of your everyday routine

You speak and write fluent German and English
