Business Data Analyst (m/f/d)

You transform data into relevant dimensions / key figures and verify them together with the relevant departments for plausibility and consistency

You create complex SQL queries to connect our existing systems (ERP, CRM, HRM, etc.) to our internal data warehouse

You are responsible for the requirements engineering together with the business units and prepare the data sources for the key users to provide them with the best possible analysis experience

You create appealing data visualizations in the form of reports and dashboards which offer real added value to the business departments

You are a sparring partner and mentor for the key users and support them in creating their own analyses / insights

You have a university degree in business administration/economics/business informatics/computer science or a comparable qualification.

You already have professional experience in data analysis from various business-relevant data sources.

You have excellent communication skills in German (at least C1) and English.

You have experience in extracting and transforming heterogeneous databases.

You already have practical experience in using ETL tools (preferably Azure Data Factory) and in-depth SQL knowledge (e.g., MSSQL).

You already have knowledge of Power BI/SQL Cloud.

You are a team player, reliable, and solution-oriented.

Ideally, you already have experience in data visualization with Salesforce Analytics CRM.
