Purchaser (m/f/d)

You are responsible for procuring office supplies, occupational safety equipment, technical and electronic components, and small parts

You check invoices, process complaints, and coordinate returns

You proactively work to improve supplier performance in terms of costs, quality, and delivery reliability

You support us in purchasing projects and supplier development

You are the purchasing interface to the accounting department

You have successfully completed commercial training

You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in medical technology

You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills

You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with ERP systems

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and act in an entrepreneurial manner

You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner and remain resilient even in stressful situations
