Change Coordinator (m/f/d)

You will create, maintain, and further develop our change management system in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR)

You monitor and control all planned changes within the change management process

You implement changes in accordance with the defined change management process and work closely with various departments

You carefully document all changes and ensure that everything is compliant

You train employees at the site in how to use the change management system

You support internal and external audits in the area of change management

You have completed vocational training or a degree—ideally in medical technology, natural sciences, or quality management

Experience in a medical technology company is a plus

You are familiar with regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, MDR, or FDA requirements—or are interested in learning about these topics

You work in a structured and reliable manner and can keep track of things even when there are several changes going on at once

Ideally, you are familiar with QM software systems or Salesforce

You are communicative, a team player, and eager to take on responsibility

Very good German skills and good English skills round off your profile
